Custom Application Development

We use Agile methodology to guide our custom software development process. After the technical and visual designs are completed, the development phase begins. Kanban boards are used to manage and track user stories throughout the development lifecycle. For coding activities, our developers use tools such as Xcode or Visual Studio. Code is committed daily to repositories hosted on Bitbucket or GitHub.

After each commit, developers review the code to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Once the code review is completed, the repository triggers continuous integration using Jenkins. Using appropriate provisioning tools, builds are delivered continuously for testing purposes. These builds are then installed on testing devices by testers, who identify bugs and other issues during the validation process.

The Jira backlog is updated accordingly, and identified issues are tracked and addressed. This cycle continues iteratively, supporting continuous delivery and testing. Through this approach, development activities are managed efficiently while maintaining focus on quality, collaboration, and incremental improvement.
