Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Workday Prism Analytics Consultant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday reporting, data integration, and analytics, with a strong ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.

Essential Job Functions:
Leverage Workday Prism Analytics to extract, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources.
Ensure accurate data integration into Workday, maintaining data integrity and quality.
Provide production support for routine data processes, reporting operations, and troubleshooting.
Offer technical guidance on issues related to Workday Analytics and data pipelines.
Lead testing, training, and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and new features.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to assess and meet reporting/analytics needs.
Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards tailored to user requirements.
Gather requirements, perform functional analysis, and produce detailed design documentation.
Stay current with Workday updates and new features, ensuring optimal platform usage.
Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field
OR Associate’s degree + 2 years relevant experience
OR High school diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in HR systems and reporting
Workday HCM Report Writer and Workday Prism expertise strongly preferred

Preferred Skills:
Proficient with Workday data sources, calculated fields, and data models
Strong understanding of HR data and HRIS processes
Experience in People Analytics and complex report creation
Working knowledge of SQL, ETL, API, and data warehousing concepts
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
