Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Java Kafka Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Confluent Platform, Microservices, and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and build scalable, event-driven, cloud-native solutions.

Required Skills
  • 10+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apache Kafka, Confluent Platform, Kafka Streams, and Schema Registry.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST APIs, and Microservices.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Nexus, OpenShift, and Jira.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • AWS or cloud platform experience is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain US Public Trust Clearance.
