We are seeking an experienced Sr. Dell Boomi Developer with over 8+ years of experience in integration solutions and enterprise software development. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Dell Boomi, API design and management, and enterprise integration patterns. This role involves delivering end-to-end integration solutions for complex enterprise environments, including cloud and on-premise systems, and collaborating closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integration solutions using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms (TIBCO, MuleSoft, Oracle ESB).
Identify business processes that require API integration and implement APIs using modern technologies, including SaaS applications, IoT platforms, and cloud solutions.
Work with SQL databases, ensuring strong relational database design, querying, and data manipulation.
Handle XML, JSON, and flat file documents using JavaScript and/or Java for transformations and integrations.
Configure, deploy, and test enterprise software applications and integrations.
Implement API security measures including authentication, authorization, IP security, and endpoint configuration.
Apply knowledge of EDI documents and X12 standards where required.
Evaluate different API products and platforms and provide comparative analysis to recommend the best solutions.
Support cloud-based integrations, especially leveraging AWS services.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in integration design and API management.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on experience in integration solutions, software development, and enterprise systems.
Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience with Dell Boomi (experience with other integration platforms like TIBCO, MuleSoft, or Oracle ESB considered).
Experience with Dell API Management solutions or equivalent (Apigee, Mashery) and knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
Strong background in Java/JEE development and software delivery lifecycle.
Proficient in SQL and relational database design.
Experience working with XML, JSON, and flat files.
Knowledge of API design, development, and security in both cloud and on-premise environments.
Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based API integrations.
Understanding of EDI Documents and X12 standards.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
