Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in enterprise business analysis, workflow systems, and case management solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Distributed Energy Services (DES) and platforms such as CPMS, PowerClerk, Project Center, Salesforce, and Pega Cloud.

This role works closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. The candidate must excel in enterprise-level requirements gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD), and Agile collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-level requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate business requirements into Pega case types, workflows, business rules, integrations, and UI specifications.
  • Diagnose application functionalities and provide troubleshooting and resolution support.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, wireframes, and interface specifications using Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including SDDs, SOPs, user guides, and traceability matrices.
  • Support UAT planning, release nights, defect triage, test validation, and go-live readiness.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel (Power Query/Pivot) to validate reporting requirements and system outputs.
  • Actively participate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Strong domain experience in Distributed Energy Services (DES).
  • Hands-on experience with CPMS, PowerClerk, Project Center, Salesforce, and Pega Cloud.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise requirements documentation (BRD/FRD).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
