Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives by driving the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project activities, and ensure successful delivery in line with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements related to ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
Lead and support Benefits Management, ensuring alignment with business value realization.
Coordinate Project Planning and Scheduling to align deliverables with timelines.
Facilitate Project Governance and track compliance with defined processes.
Support Resource Management and Risk/Crisis Management across project teams.
Oversee Scope & Change Management and manage change requests effectively.
Drive Quality Management to ensure high standards in deliverables.
Maintain effective Stakeholder Management and communication strategies.
Track project costs and contribute to Project Financial Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules.
Strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
Proficient in stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation practices.
Experience working onsite in cross-functional environments.
