Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with 12+ years of IT experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
This role serves as the technical authority for ServiceNow, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures while mentoring teams and driving complex implementations end to end.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end architecture and design for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Architect and optimize core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
Maximize out-of-the-box capabilities while minimizing customizations.
Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and real-time/event-based methods.
Establish and enforce ServiceNow governance, standards, and best practices.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as technical lead, mentoring developers, admins, and junior architects.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging new ServiceNow features and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect delivering multiple enterprise-scale implementations.
Strong hands-on expertise across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflow automation, and data modeling.
Solid experience with integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and related technologies.
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and ability to align ServiceNow solutions with ITIL best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web-based development.
ServiceNow certifications such as CIS, CAD, CSA (CTA certification is a strong plus).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
