Overview:
We’re looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to own platform architecture, solution design, and enterprise governance for large-scale ServiceNow implementations. This role focuses on defining architectural strategy, ensuring strong CSDM alignment, and leading complex integrations while keeping the platform secure, scalable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the enterprise ServiceNow architecture and long-term roadmap
  • Design and architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), CMDB, and CSDM
  • Establish platform governance, architectural standards, and best practices
  • Lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, SSO, LDAP, and OAuth
  • Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring code quality and effective release management
  • Drive CMDB health, data quality, governance, and continuous platform optimization
  • Act as the technical SME and escalation point for high-impact initiatives

 Required Experience & Skills:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience, with deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture
  • Proven track record of designing large-scale, enterprise ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM
  • Expertise in platform governance, integrations, and performance optimization
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

 Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM / ITOM) – Preferred
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly Preferred
