Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Operations Lead with 12+ years of enterprise network engineering experience to lead the architecture, strategy, and operational governance of global network infrastructure. This role focuses on defining SD-WAN standards, managing hybrid/multi-cloud networking across AWS and Azure, and implementing robust Network Access Control (NAC) strategies aligned with Zero Trust principles.

The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and ensure network performance, security, scalability, and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global SD-WAN architecture, defining standards for topology, routing, resiliency, and application-aware traffic steering.
  • Drive Network Access Control (NAC) strategy using Cisco ISE aligned with Zero Trust security principles.
  • Design and govern hybrid and multi-cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.
  • Establish scalable hub-and-spoke and transit network architectures.
  • Define and implement enterprise segmentation strategies across campus, data center, and cloud (VPC/VNet design, IP addressing).
  • Oversee cloud contact center solutions including Zoom Phone and SIP call flows.
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to support disaster recovery and compliance initiatives.
  • Provide technical oversight, resolve complex network issues, and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise network architecture, engineering, and operations.
  • Strong expertise in Palo Alto ION SD-WAN and global SD-WAN architecture models.
  • Deep experience with Cisco routing & switching and complex BGP environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Cisco ISE (802.1X, MAB authentication, NAC implementation).
  • Extensive cloud networking experience:
  1. AWS (Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53)
  2. Azure (ExpressRoute, VNet Gateway)
  • Proven leadership experience managing network engineering teams and defining operational standards.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
