Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Kotlin for backend development;
– Strong experience with the Spring Boot framework;
– Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications;
– Familiarity with Azure Cloud;
– Skilled in designing and consuming RESTful APIs;
– Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns;
– Experience with on-premise and cloud-based deployments;
– Understanding of secure coding practices and backend security best practices;
– Familiarity with scalability strategies and performance tuning for backend services;
– Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack;
– Proficiency in CI/CD processes using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar;
– Solid experience with version control systems such as Git;
– Expertise in relational databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB;
– At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, both spoken and written;
– Strong initiative and decision-making ability;
– Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance existing applications;
Design and implement new features for the application;
Rewrite monolithic application modules and migrate them to a microservices architecture;
Design and develop new integrations with internal and external systems
