Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced IAM Engineer to lead and expand our Non-Human Identity (NHI) capabilities within a SaaS-integrated environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in identity and access management, SaaS integrations, backend development, and CI/CD processes. This role also involves mentoring junior engineers, driving technical excellence, and contributing to Agile team success.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement non-human identity solutions across SaaS platforms.
Lead IAM solution design and support, with emphasis on SailPoint and identity governance.
Build and maintain IAM integrations within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and automated identity workflows.
Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Shell scripting.
Collaborate on REST API integrations; consume and implement APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI.
Establish and enforce access controls, identity lifecycle management, and governance processes.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering team growth.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Drive integration of IAM solutions with DevOps tooling and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Required Qualifications:
12+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Strong understanding of IAM principles: authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance.
Proven experience with backend development in Java and Shell scripting.
Working knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
Familiarity with C# development.
Exposure to cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to mentor engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with SailPoint and/or Clutch.
Prior experience with Non-Human Identity (NHI) or service account governance.
Experience integrating IAM solutions with DevOps/CI/CD tools.
Familiarity with SaaS platform integrations.
