We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer with deep hands-on expertise in developing and implementing enterprise-grade business applications. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of overall IT experience and extensive experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, C#/.NET, JavaScript, and REST API integrations.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working within a multi-developer, shared codebase environment and possess both Microsoft PL-400 and PL-600 certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse solutions.
- Build custom C#/.NET plugins and server-side components.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs and external systems.
- Follow source control best practices using Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, merging, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-developer/shared codebase environment.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Power Platform development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
- 7+ years of experience with Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse.
- 6+ years of experience developing C#/.NET plugins and server-side solutions.
- 6+ years of JavaScript customization experience.
- 6+ years of REST API integration experience.
- 6+ years of Git experience, including branching, pull requests, merging, and conflict resolution.
- Proven experience working in a multi-developer/shared codebase environment.
- PL-400 – Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification required.
- PL-600 – Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Power Pages.
- Experience working with Power Platform Dataflows.
- Previous experience supporting government/public-sector projects.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform solution architecture, ALM, security, and deployment practices.
