Job Description:

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Execution (SCE) Lead to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in SAP implementations, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Execution, Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), Financial Accounting (FI), and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. This role requires deep functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to design and implement effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge in Supply Chain Execution (SCE), encompassing SAP modules such as MM, LE, FI, and SD.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business requirements, focusing on areas like Inventory Management, Transportation, Outbound Deliveries to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Goods Receipt, Customer/Supplier Returns, Receiving, Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN), Supplier Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) integrations.
  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of SAP with EDI systems, Manhattan Associates WMS, and E-Commerce platforms. Collaborate closely with SD, MM, FI modules, and external ERP systems to maintain cohesive operations.
  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Methodology Application: Utilize ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies to navigate and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process effectively.
  • Advanced Returns Management (ARM): Implement and manage Advanced Returns Management (ARM) in standard SAP to handle customer returns efficiently.
  • Serialization & Compliance: Oversee consignment returns and serialization processes in compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).
  • Testing & Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios to ensure system reliability and performance.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience in SAP modules: MM, LE, FI, and SD.
  • Proficiency in configuring and supporting functions such as Inventory Management, Transportation, Outbound Deliveries, Goods Receipt, Returns Processing, ASN, Supplier EDI, and 3PL integrations.
  • Strong integration skills with SAP modules (SD, MM, FI) and external ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with EDI, Manhattan Associates WMS, and E-Commerce platforms.
  • Experience in gathering requirements and creating functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with ASAP Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced Returns Management (ARM) expertise.
  • Knowledge of DSCSA compliance, consignment returns, and serialization.
  • Comprehensive testing experience for the above scenarios.
