We are seeking an experienced SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP procurement and purchasing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MM/P2P, including procurement, purchasing, goods receipt, invoice processing, vendor management, and integration with SAP FI and other related modules.
The consultant will be responsible for supporting and optimizing end-to-end P2P processes, troubleshooting issues, configuring SAP solutions, and working closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and configure end-to-end SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Work extensively with SAP MM and Purchasing functionalities.
- Configure and support Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipts (GRs), and Invoice Processing.
- Manage and support vendor/supplier-related processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to procurement and purchasing.
- Support integration between SAP MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
- Participate in testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to improve P2P processes.
- Prepare functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer when required.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of SAP P2P / Procure-to-Pay experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM / Purchasing.
- Excellent understanding of:
- Purchase Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Goods Receipts
- Invoice Verification / Invoice Processing
- Vendor/Supplier Management
- Experience with SAP P2P configuration and production support.
- Strong understanding of SAP MM–FI integration.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 100% onsite environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP MM certification is a plus.
- Experience working on SAP implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement business processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams.
