- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Expertise working in Salesforce and CPQ environments
- Familiarity with Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes and global deployments
- Exposure to integration tools and reporting tools
Required Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Recommended additional certs:
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
