Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 10+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will serve as a CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), lead enterprise-level workshops, manage complex ERP dependencies, and drive strategic Salesforce initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Business Analysis
- Lead enterprise workshops and discovery sessions across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mapping documents
- Drive end-to-end solution lifecycle from requirement to deployment
🔹 Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM SME)
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Design and optimize lead management, opportunity lifecycle, forecasting, territory management, and reporting
- Define automation strategies using workflows, flows, and validation rules
- Improve pipeline visibility and sales performance analytics
🔹 Marketing Cloud Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing teams on campaign management and customer journey mapping
- Integrate CRM data with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing processes
- Support segmentation, automation, and campaign performance tracking
🔹 ERP & System Integrations
- Identify and manage ERP system dependencies
- Collaborate with technical teams for Salesforce–ERP integrations
- Define data synchronization and governance strategies
- Support API, middleware, and integration architecture discussions
🔹 Stakeholder & Leadership Management
- Act as liaison between executive stakeholders, business users, and technical teams
- Provide strategic solution recommendations
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments
- Mentor junior analysts and support team members
🔹 Testing & Deployment
- Lead UAT planning and execution
- Define test strategies and validation scenarios
- Support release management and post-go-live optimization
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce Business Analysis
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM ecosystem
- Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Experience managing enterprise-level CRM transformations
- Strong knowledge of ERP integrations and data migration strategies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
- Knowledge of reporting tools and analytics platforms
