Job Description:
We are seeking a Risk Management professional to support the design and implementation of risk management applications for desktop, mobile, and web platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and deliver data-driven insights that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and rollout of risk management tools and applications.
Conduct requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution implementation.
Provide input on user experience design for digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver future-state process improvements.
Utilize Agile methodologies for project planning and execution.
Develop data visualizations and reports for risk insights.
Apply data mining and machine learning techniques for risk analysis.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
4+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in property claim services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with data mining, ML algorithms, and data visualization tools.
Proficiency in risk reporting software and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
