Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support program-level administrative and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective planning, tracking, and communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support program planning activities including roadmap development and cross-team dependency management
- Track and report weekly program status
- Manage and ensure completion of documentation, action items, and approvals
- Monitor program spending, metrics, and performance reporting
- Maintain oversight of requirements, risks, issues, funding, and documentation
- Coordinate meeting logistics, communications, notices, and minutes
- Prepare and distribute program objectives, reports, schedules, and plans
- Track tasks and action items critical to project success
- Manage program and project changes as required
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, clients, and vendors
- Provide schedule updates to stakeholders and support organizations
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure (Windows, Linux, networking, security appliances)
- Experience with cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of project management processes and principles
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred
