Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Power BI Engineer to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-level business intelligence and automation solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and workflow automation, with a strong ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and scalable dashboards. This role also drives BI strategy, platform governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data models.
  • Architect and manage Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, data refreshes, and process automation.
  • Integrate BI and automation solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights and technical solutions.
  • Establish and enforce BI governance, security, and best practices, driving platform adoption and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Power Platform roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI (reporting, dashboards, KPI scorecards).
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and enterprise data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud & desktop flows).
  • Experience integrating BI and automation solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and Microsoft tools.
  • Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders, translate requirements, and deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience driving platform governance, BI strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
