Job Description:
We are seeking An experienced Oracle HCM Solution Design Consultant with over 12 years of hands-on experience helping organizations implement and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM. Strong background in Core HR, with additional experience in Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM Security. Works closely with clients to understand their needs, design practical solutions, and ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support that truly fits the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Cloud HCM solution design and implementations
- Configure and support Core HR and related HCM Cloud modules
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and configurations
- Guide testing, deployment, and production support activities
- Advise clients on solution selection, best practices, and process optimization
- Ensure alignment with client goals and compliance standards
