Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions for complex business needs. You’ll work directly with clients, independently leading design and implementation across Oracle Applications and integrated platforms, while ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Oracle HCM technical solutions aligned with functional requirements.
- Define and maintain technical architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Ensure adherence to quality, availability, and security standards across all solutions.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend long-term, sustainable solutions.
- Guide development teams and enforce architectural best practices.
