JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP SCM Lead / Solution Architect with 12+ years of Oracle consulting and hands-on development experience to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise across Oracle SCM and WMS, excellent client-facing skills, and ownership of end-to-end delivery from discovery through post–go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM system implementations including Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and BOM
Drive discovery sessions and requirements workshops, providing expert guidance on Oracle SCM and WMS best practices
Collaborate with business users to identify gaps, map business requirements to Oracle functionality, and design effective solutions
Configure Oracle ERP applications to meet complex business requirements
Lead configuration reviews and business process walkthroughs with clients
Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Oracle SCM and WMS modules
Oversee and execute functional testing, and coordinate SIT and UAT with IT and business stakeholders
Support go-live planning, cutover activities, and hypercare/post-production support
Provide accurate effort estimates, timelines, and delivery plans based on business requirements
Communicate project status, risks, and blockers clearly to the Project Manager and leadership
Advise on implementation strategy, enhancements, customizations, and long-term Oracle SCM roadmap
Support production environments including troubleshooting, data fixes, patches, and Oracle SRs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of Oracle consulting experience (or equivalent practical experience)
8+ years of hands-on Oracle technical development experience
Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Alerts, and Workflow development
Deep experience with OA Framework development and CEMLIs (Customizations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, Integrations)
Proven experience supporting or implementing Oracle Financials R12 (12.2.x preferred, ideally 12.2.10+)
Extensive development and functional experience in Order Management, Inventory, BOM, and Warehouse Management
Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent tasks and priorities
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders
Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
