Job Description ::
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions
- Configure Enterprise Structures, Workforce Structures, Legal Employers, Departments, Jobs, Positions, and Grades
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including hire, transfer, promotion, termination, and data changes
- Configure Document Records, Person Management, Employment Model, and Work Relationships
- Support data migration activities using HDL, HCM Spreadsheet Loader, and other Oracle tools
- Experience working in implementation or support projects
- Exposure to integrations with third-party HR
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
