Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Node.js / Java Developer with 10+ years of software development experience to support enterprise applications in a Contract-to-Hire role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for application development, enhancements, production support, release management, and cloud-based integrations. This role requires expertise in Node.js, Java, AWS, SQL, CI/CD, and enterprise integration technologies, along with experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Node.js and Java.

·       Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

·       Perform application upgrades, production support, incident resolution, and data maintenance.

·       Participate in release management, code reviews, and deployment activities.

·       Develop and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and data workflows.

·       Build and support cloud-based solutions using AWS services.

·       Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.

·       Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.

·       Ensure software quality through automated testing, continuous integration, and best development practices.

·       Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

·       10+ years of experience in software development, application support, systems integration, or related technical roles.

·       Experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry is required.

·       Strong experience with Node.js and/or Java application development.

·       Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, JSON, XML, and CSV.

·       Experience with AWS Cloud, including AWS Glue.

·       Strong knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, and Microsoft SQL Server.

·       Experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.

·       Proficiency with development tools such as GitLab, Jira, Postman, MoveIt, Stonebranch, CyberArk, and TeamDynamix (TDX).

·       Experience supporting applications on Windows Server environments.

·       Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in Agile environments.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
