JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a seasoned MuleSoft Developer with 12+ years of overall IT experience and strong enterprise integration expertise. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support scalable, secure API-led integrations for complex, mission-critical enterprise systems using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This is a hands-on role requiring close collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build robust integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule 4.x, DataWeave, and enterprise connectors.
Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, and JMS-based integrations aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Own the full API lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
Apply API-led connectivity principles to ensure scalable, reusable, and maintainable integrations.
Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to enterprise integration strategy.
Implement secure, reusable, and high-performance integration patterns such as Request-Reply and Pub/Sub.
Build, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Git, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.
Optimize API and integration performance for high-volume enterprise environments.
Implement and enforce security standards, including TLS, OAuth, and API policies.
Configure and manage monitoring and logging using Anypoint Monitoring, Splunk, and similar tools.
Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications:
12+ years of overall IT experience, with strong enterprise integration background.
8+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development using Mule 4.x and Anypoint Platform.
Deep experience with API-led architecture, REST/SOAP services, and messaging systems (JMS).
Strong expertise in DataWeave, API security, and performance optimization.
Proven experience working in large enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and version control systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
