Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute formal UAT test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
• Track testing activities, progress, and overall UAT status.
• Define and monitor QA metrics, including defects, test results, and test status.
• Lead the Testing Error Triage Team and coordinate issue resolution.
• Analyze testing data to identify process improvements and integrate solutions into business processes.
• Serve as the primary QA point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate agency testing efforts with the overall UAT schedule and milestones.
• Document testing issues and support resolution activities.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure QA standards, procedures, and methodologies are followed.
• Develop complex testing strategies and plans for large-scale IT projects involving multiple integrations, interfaces, and business processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of overall IT/QA experience preferred.
• Strong experience in test planning, test case/script development, test execution, and test automation.
• Experience testing moderate to highly complex IT projects.
• Experience working across multiple programs/systems and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong knowledge of QA metrics, defect management, test reporting, and UAT processes.
• Experience analyzing testing data and implementing software process improvements.
• Experience documenting defects/issues and supporting resolution.
• Experience conducting quality audits across IT functions.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive testing plans covering integration partners, interfaces, business processes, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
