Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Architect to provide strategic direction and architectural oversight for identity and access management solutions. The role involves planning, designing, and implementing IAM systems while ensuring security, availability, and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally to deliver enhanced solutions, drive automation improvements, and lead complex initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of IAM services.
Lead architectural design for new and enhanced IAM solutions.
Support design, development, testing, and deployment of IAM projects.
Recommend process improvements and automation to increase productivity.
Ensure system availability and adherence to best practices.
Serve as a multidisciplinary expert in IAM, providing guidance across teams.
Execute strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall organizational productivity.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
12+ years of experience in IAM, security, or related fields
Strong experience with Okta and identity management standards
Proficient in SQL and database systems
Hands-on experience with IAM workflows, access management, and security protocols
Solid knowledge of Information Security, SDLC, and system architecture principles
Strong leadership and analytical abilities
Proven capability to manage complex initiatives and guide cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
