We are seeking an experienced Digital Jutro Lead with 12+ years of experience to join our team for a long-term onsite engagement in the NJ/PA area. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in React and Micro Frontends (MFE), as well as a strong background in performance optimization, testing frameworks, and persona-driven development. You will guide a team of developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, cutting-edge digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable front-end solutions using Jutro and React.
Drive adoption and execution of Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures across projects.
Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance user interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
Implement advanced caching strategies to enhance application responsiveness.
Ensure code quality and maintainability through unit testing (Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks).
Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to implement persona-driven features.
Mentor and lead junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
Work within Agile teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements.
Manage version control and CI/CD processes using Git and related tools.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of professional experience in front-end development and technical leadership roles.
Proven experience with Jutro and ReactJS, including leading development teams.
Strong expertise in Micro Frontends (MFE) architecture and implementation.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and styling preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
Deep understanding of caching mechanisms, performance tuning, and web optimization.
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
Familiarity with persona management strategies and user segmentation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Agile development experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fast-paced, enterprise-level environments.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
