Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role requires strong expertise in AI agent frameworks and a deep commitment to secure, ethical, and scalable AI practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect scalable generative AI and AI agent solutions on OCI.
Develop and deploy AI agents using ADKs such as Google ADK, Crew AI, LangGraph, and OpenAI ADK.
Ensure model accuracy through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
Implement and enforce RBAC policies to secure AI data and model access.
Embed Responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, privacy, and bias mitigation throughout AI development.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
Optimize AI model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency on OCI.
Maintain compliance with data privacy, security standards, and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ethical and AI-driven business solutions.
Document architectures and train teams on AI, OCI, Responsible AI, and agent development best practices.
Prior experience working with financial data and SOX-sensitive data is a plus.
Prior AT&T experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with generative AI and AI agent development.
Hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Strong understanding of RBAC and data security best practices.
Familiarity with ADKs (Google, Open AI, Lang Graph, Crew AI).
Experience with askATT APIs and ATT Agent Workflow is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
