Job Summary:
GDOT is seeking an experienced Esri ArcGIS Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise GIS applications using ArcGIS Enterprise (11.x/12.x), Experience Builder, Portal/Online, Field Maps, and ArcGIS Maps SDK. The role involves integrating GIS solutions with .NET applications, Oracle/SQL Server databases, SharePoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI and OBIEE.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of application development experience
- Strong experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise/Server, Portal, ArcGIS Online, and Hub
- Expertise in Experience Builder, Arcade, and ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript
- Python scripting / ArcPy
- SQL and PL/SQL
- ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Git, Angular or React
- Geoprocessing and GIS web services development
- Knowledge of geospatial concepts, map projections, and spatial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- GeoEvent Server/Velocity, Roads and Highways, Image Server
- Geodatabase Administration (versioned environments)

- ArcGIS Pro Add-In Development
- Esri Developer/Enterprise Certification or URISA GISP
