Job Description: 
A seasoned Data Analyst with over 9 years of experience in transforming complex data into actionable business insights. Proven expertise in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets to support strategic decision-making across multiple business functions. Adept at partnering with stakeholders, defining meaningful KPIs, and delivering high-impact dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that drive performance, efficiency, and growth. Strong background in data governance, automation, and advanced analytics, with a consistent focus on data accuracy, integrity, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the collection, cleansing, validation, and preparation of large-scale datasets from diverse internal and external sources.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, executive reports, and visualizations for leadership and business teams.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling to support strategic planning and performance analysis.
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support executive-level analytics and ad-hoc reporting requests with tight timelines.
  • Document data definitions, methodologies, workflows, and reporting logic to promote transparency and consistency.
  • Optimize and enhance data visualization tools, reporting platforms, and analytics processes.
  • Contribute to data governance initiatives and promote best practices in data usage and quality management.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data pipelines, and increase analytical efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Extensive experience working with structured datasets and relational databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and deliver insights that influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with big data and cloud analytics platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts and contributing to analytics best practices.
