Data Analytics Lead will serve as a strategic leader in the organization, advocating for data-driven decision-making and promoting the adoption of
business intelligence tools and practices. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify data needs, develop insights, and
drive business performance improvements.

• Data Advocacy: Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization by demonstrating the value of business intelligence
tools and analytics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored BI solutions.
• Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of BI tools and platforms, ensuring they meet organizational requirements.
• Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on BI tools, data visualization, and analytics best practices.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing BI processes and recommend enhancements to improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting
efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for BI-related inquiries, fostering strong relationships with business leaders and
teams.
• Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor metrics to assess the effectiveness of BI initiatives and their impact on business outcomes.
