AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, LLMs, AI frameworks, MLOps, cloud platforms, and scalable AI application development.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Build scalable AI-powered applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents.
  • Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for production use.
  • Implement prompt engineering, feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization.
  • Deploy AI solutions using cloud platforms and MLOps best practices.
  • Build REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor model performance, retrain models, and improve scalability and latency.

  Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Supervised & Unsupervised Learning
    • Deep Learning
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    • Computer Vision (Preferred)
    • Reinforcement Learning (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
    • Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate)
    • Prompt Engineering
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • AI Agent Development
    • Model Fine-tuning & Evaluation
