Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer and Architect with extensive experience in the Payor space of the healthcare industry The ideal candidate will have several years of enterprise architecture skills with a recent emphasis on AI This role requires deep knowledge of processes tools and technology with a focus on Azure AI and OpenAI

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex healthcare Payor challenges
• Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions ensuring scalability reliability and security
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and translate them into AI solutions
• Develop and maintain the AI architecture roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Ensure the accuracy reliability and efficiency of AI models through rigorous testing and validation
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and healthcare incorporating them into the development of AI solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and other team members
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and technologies to meet project requirements
• Present AI solutions and strategies to stakeholders including healthcare professionals researchers and executives
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulations regarding data security
• Assist in training healthcare professionals on how to use AI tools and interpret their outputs

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Extensive experience in the Payor space of the healthcare industry
• Several years of enterprise architecture skills with a recent emphasis on AI
• Deep knowledge of Azure AI and OpenAI
• Proficiency in machine learning deep learning computer vision and natural language processing
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python R and Java
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
