Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P/MM professional with strong production support, integration, and issue-resolution experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and be comfortable working across functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive issue resolution from identification through closure, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoicing, and payment.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective SAP MM solutions.
- Proactively manage escalations, establish realistic timelines, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework), including interface monitoring and error handling.
- Provide hands-on expertise with EDI and IDocs, including configuration, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with integrated SAP modules, including FI, SD, and PP, as well as technical teams, to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of OBYC, movement types, and SAP MM configuration.
- Handle production support activities, incidents, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and operational tracking.
