Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud implementations, configuration, data integration, and security administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EPM Cloud applications such as Planning, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS, along with strong knowledge of integration and access management.

Key Responsibilities
EPM Cloud Configuration & Implementation
  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications and related modules.
  • Work with EPM Cloud solutions including Planning, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
  • Configure application components, dimensions, metadata, business rules, forms, dashboards, and related EPM functionality.
  • Support enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing administration of EPM Cloud environments.
Data Integration & Pipelines
  • Design, configure, and maintain data integration processes between EPM Cloud and external systems.
  • Provide hands-on expertise with EPM Integration Agent and Data Integration/Data Management.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, mappings, transformations, and integration workflows.
  • Troubleshoot data load, integration, and reconciliation issues.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable movement of financial and operational data across systems.
Security & Access Management
  • Configure and administer Identity and Access Management for Oracle EPM Cloud environments.
  • Experience with OCI IAM / IDCS for user and access management.
  • Create and manage user groups, roles, and application access.
  • Configure dimension-level security and appropriate application permissions.
  • Assign and manage application roles such as Power User, Dashboard – Manage, and other relevant EPM roles.
  • Ensure security configurations align with organizational policies and access-control requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Experience implementing and configuring Planning, FCCS, ARCS, and/or EDMCS.
  • Strong experience with EPM Integration Agent.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Integration / Data Management.
  • Experience with OCI IAM / IDCS and EPM security administration.
  • Strong understanding of EPM application roles, groups, permissions, and dimension-level security.
  • Experience troubleshooting EPM Cloud configuration, integration, and security issues.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Knowledge of EPM automation and administration processes.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Oracle EPM implementations.
  • Understanding of financial planning, consolidation, reconciliation, and master data management processes.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus.
