Job Description:

10+ years of overall IT experience is recommended, with:

  • 8+ years of Pega Platform Administration
  • Strong experience with Pega 23/24/26 upgrades
  • Hands-on Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm
  • Kafka administration with Disaster Recovery (Active/Passive)
  • AWS OpenSearch / Elasticsearch
  • Docker and containerized deployments
  • AWS infrastructure and ALB
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation/Enterprise IaC)
  • Production support and performance monitoring

Mandatory Skills
