Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Risk & Compliance, Policy & Compliance, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, BCM, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
  • Configure and automate risk assessments, compliance attestations, issue management, and approval workflows.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
  • Map policies to control objectives and support enterprise risk and control management initiatives.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics for executive and operational reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits by managing evidence collection, remediation tracking, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with Security, IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer).
  • Experience with Risk & Compliance, Policy & Compliance, BCM, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
  • Knowledge of GRC frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SOC 2, and risk management methodologies.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Risk & Compliance (Highly Preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Preferred)
