Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Utilities Functional Consultant with strong expertise in MDM, SOM, and MTR modules. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities implementations, including functional design, configuration, and client-facing responsibilities in large-scale utility environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions (MDM, SOM, MTR)
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Configure Oracle Utilities applications based on client needs
  • Work closely with technical teams for integrations and enhancements
  • Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
  • Engage with clients for workshops, demos, and requirement discussions
  • Prepare functional design documents and process flows

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities domain
  • Strong expertise in MDM, SOM, and MTR modules
  • Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration
  • Good understanding of utility industry processes (meter-to-cash, billing, etc.)
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Experience in enterprise-scale utility projects

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle CC&B
  • Exposure to integration and Agile environments
  • US utility project experience
