Job Description:

We have an immediate need for an IS Sr. Project Manager & Scrum Master with strong experience in Marketing Technologies to lead and coordinate enablement activities for large-scale marketing initiatives, including support for a new non-tender loyalty program.

This role requires a seasoned leader who can effectively manage both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) project methodologies. The candidate will work with minimal supervision to plan, direct, and coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-level Marketing initiatives.
  • Drive enablement efforts for a new non-tender loyalty program and related marketing systems.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, IT, and external vendors.
  • Ensure alignment between Agile teams and overall program objectives.
  • Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and financial metrics.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Promote Agile best practices while balancing traditional project governance requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience with a strong blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven experience serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, loyalty platforms, digital marketing systems).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams.
  • Strong risk management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting loyalty programs or customer engagement platforms.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
  • Experience working in retail or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
