DUTIES & RESPONSIBILIES:
Include some or all of the following in support of a few different project executions:
- Facilitate project activities
- Ensure deliverables are developed per defined requirements
- Project timeline, budget, scope, and stakeholder, & resource management
- RIDAC management (risk, issue, decision, action, & change)
- Excellent communication, including weekly status reports, meeting minutes
- Track tasks and action items and ensure follow through
- Vendor and cross-functional team coordination
- Interface, coordinate and communicate with high level agency stakeholders
- Ownership of all required project artifacts
- Ongoing lessons learned
- ServiceNow project record management
- Learn and apply OIT C2C project delivery process
- Work with manager and portfolio team to provide project status & health and request support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field
- PMP certification
- Proven project management experience
