Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced C2M Functional Lead with a strong background in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M), specifically in the Front Office module. The ideal candidate will lead functional activities, interact with business stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation and support of customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Utilities C2M (Front Office)
- Work closely with business teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Handle end-to-end Customer Service Operations
- Manage processes such as:
- Move-In / Move-Out
- Service Requests
- Account Maintenance & Updates
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Provide functional guidance to technical teams and junior analysts
- Ensure smooth system integration and process optimization
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle Utilities C2M
- Hands-on expertise in Front Office module
- Deep understanding of:
- Customer Service Operations
- Move-In / Move-Out lifecycle
- Service Requests handling
- Account Maintenance processes
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in leading functional teams
