The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for defining and delivering scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, application teams, and technology leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define ServiceNow platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines
- Architect enterprise-scale solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Map business requirements to standard ServiceNow capabilities while minimizing customization
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to development teams
- Ensure platform scalability, security, compliance, and governance
- Support Agile delivery through solution design and technical backlog refinement
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 10 years of ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation experience
- Experience with ITOM and Telecom Service Management
- Experience with Order Management and enterprise integrations
- Strong understanding of TM Forum architectural principles
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and governance
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, REST/SOAP web services, XML, and JSON
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Required Certifications (Active):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
