We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EBS with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Applications Suite. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across core Oracle EBS Financial and Supply Chain modules and demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. This role requires close collaboration between IT and business teams to support system enhancements, resolve production issues, and drive large-scale initiatives.

- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Oracle Grants Accounting
- Oracle Property Manager
- Order Management (OM)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage major Oracle EBS initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between the IT department and business user community to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure, support, and optimize Oracle EBS Financial and Order Management modules.
- Provide functional expertise in encumbrance accounting processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage and coordinate Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support.
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using advanced SQL queries.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and support technical teams during development and testing.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working with Oracle Applications Suite (EBS).
- Strong functional knowledge of GL, AR, Grants Accounting, Property Manager, and Order Management modules.
- Working knowledge of encumbrance accounting.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and system upgrades.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience handling Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in public sector or grant-based accounting environments.
- Knowledge of integrations between Oracle EBS modules.
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
