Job Description: 

We are hiring an experienced Oracle WACS Lead to support a utility-sector client in delivering enterprise-scale warehouse automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Oracle Warehouse Automation Cloud Service (WACS), strong configuration and functional solution design expertise, and the ability to lead client workshops and translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle WACS implementations, enhancements, and support activities
  • Perform hands-on Oracle WACS configurations to support automated warehouse operations
  • Own functional solution design, including creation of Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
  • Conduct client workshops for requirement gathering, solution validation, and process alignment
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient WACS solutions
  • Collaborate with Oracle WMS Cloud, ERP, and integration teams

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of overall IT / Oracle experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working as an Oracle WACS Lead
  • Strong expertise in Oracle WACS configuration and setup
  • Proven experience in functional solution design and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and client-facing discussions
  • Solid understanding of warehouse automation and supply chain processes
  • Experience working in remote delivery models with US-based clients
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
