Job Description:
We are seeking a professional with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specializing in Core HR with additional expertise in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security. The role involves leading the selection, implementation, and production support of Oracle Core HCM solutions. The consultant will advise clients on best practices, configure and integrate packaged solutions into the client’s business environment, and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Core HCM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Core HR solutions.
- Configure workforce structures, employee data, roles, and security profiles.
- Ensure integration with Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and other HCM modules.
- Conduct functional workshops and provide expert guidance to stakeholders.
- Support testing, data migration, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Advise on HCM best practices, compliance, and security standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes.
