Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile practices for small to large teams. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Project Management and a proven track record of guiding teams to successfully deliver projects in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews) effectively.
- Guide teams in adopting and improving agile practices and principles.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor team progress, metrics, and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for small to large teams.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to coach teams and organizations in agile adoption and continuous improvement
