Job Description:
- Serve as the onshore SAP Supply Chain Functional consultant supporting Medical Devices across Procurement and Logistics.
- Provide expert functional ownership across SAP MM and WM with deep Procure‑to‑Pay and Warehouse Management expertise.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business and IT stakeholders, ensuring strong governance and decision‑making.
- Handle critical P1/P2 production issues in real time during US business hours, minimizing business disruption.
- Lead functional support for advanced logistics and automation processes, including Locus Robotics, ProcessWeaver, Trade Automation, and HU optimization.
- Ensure end‑to‑end operational continuity across inbound, outbound, inventory, and intercompany supply chain processes.
- Coordinate closely with ABAP, BASIS, Integration, and Infrastructure teams to resolve complex cross‑functional issues.
- Provide onshore oversight and direction to offshore teams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
- Commitments by delivering high‑touch support, operational stability, and stakeholder confidence.
