Job Description: 

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade applications on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Health & Safety / Workplace Safety modules, platform customization, integrations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, Service Portal components, and reusable modules using JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML, and CSS.
  • Lead development and configuration for ServiceNow Health & Safety / Workplace Safety solutions.
  • Implement and optimize core platform components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Workspaces.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and LDAP/Active Directory.
  • Monitor, tune, and optimize system performance, reports, and background scripts.
  • Support mobile solutions using Mobile App Builder, Mobile Studio, and Offline Mode.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow DevOps and source control best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow Health & Safety / Workplace Safety modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM processes.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.

Preferred

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
