Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 10+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will serve as a CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), lead enterprise-level workshops, manage complex ERP dependencies, and drive strategic Salesforce initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Strategic Business Analysis

  • Lead enterprise workshops and discovery sessions across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mapping documents
  • Drive end-to-end solution lifecycle from requirement to deployment

🔹 Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM SME)

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Design and optimize lead management, opportunity lifecycle, forecasting, territory management, and reporting
  • Define automation strategies using workflows, flows, and validation rules
  • Improve pipeline visibility and sales performance analytics

🔹 Marketing Cloud Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing teams on campaign management and customer journey mapping
  • Integrate CRM data with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing processes
  • Support segmentation, automation, and campaign performance tracking

🔹 ERP & System Integrations

  • Identify and manage ERP system dependencies
  • Collaborate with technical teams for Salesforce–ERP integrations
  • Define data synchronization and governance strategies
  • Support API, middleware, and integration architecture discussions

🔹 Stakeholder & Leadership Management

  • Act as liaison between executive stakeholders, business users, and technical teams
  • Provide strategic solution recommendations
  • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments
  • Mentor junior analysts and support team members

🔹 Testing & Deployment

  • Lead UAT planning and execution
  • Define test strategies and validation scenarios
  • Support release management and post-go-live optimization

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce Business Analysis
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM ecosystem
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience managing enterprise-level CRM transformations
  • Strong knowledge of ERP integrations and data migration strategies
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst)
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and analytics platforms
